Paul joined Hattons in April 2019 to head up the Employment Law Department.
He has considerable experience advising and representing both employee and employers, and has been working in this area of law since 2005.
Paul has a wealth of experience of representing clients across a wide range of sectors, both in and out of Employment Tribunal proceedings. He has an in-depth working knowledge on all aspects of employment law, including drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, unfair dismissal, large/small scale redundancies, issues of misconduct and performance, diversity and equality, discrimination, TUPE, contractual issues, and working time.
Paul was a winner of the Law Society’s National LPC awards and is admitted to practice as a Solicitor in both the UK and Australia.
