Claimant was working in a part-built property. On the first floor of the house the Claimant had put up temporary flooring over a stairwell. While the Claimant was working on another house another worker removed the temporary flooring but did not tell the Claimant or put up a barrier. When the Claimant returned to the house to do other work the Claimant stepped onto the hole left where the temporary flooring had been.  However, unbeknown to the Claimant the temporary flooring had been removed and the Claimant fell approximately 14 feet onto a concrete floor sustaining injuries.
