Under the latest Package Tour Regulations it is the Tour Operators responsibility to ensure your reasonable safety during your holiday. A package holiday is a pre-arranged trip including at least two of the following elements at an inclusive price: Transport, Accommodation and any other tourist services such as excursions or guided tours. The holiday must be over 24 hours and include an overnight stay.
