Tracey is Hattons Accounts and HR Manager. She joined the Firm in June 2010, having previously worked for a solicitor practice in Liverpool.

Tracey is a qualified accountant and is responsible for managing the finance function of the practice and assists the Partners with the strategic running of the Firm.

She is also a qualified Paralegal in Employment Law and has assisted on many employment cases and is responsible for the HR function at Hattons, as well as setting up the Hattons HR Scheme for clients.

Tracey has been involved in fraud and employee investigations and holds an Advanced Professional Certificate in Investigative Practice. This utilises her expertise both in finance and employment law – quite unique.

Tracey was featured in a Sunday Times Article  along with Clive Mackintosh, that appeared on 8 March 2009 under the heading "Dynamic Duo hunt bosses on the fiddle" which reported on their activities in uncovering insurance scams, fraud and corruption at Board and Director level.
