Matthew has been a qualified Solicitor since 2008 joining Hattons Solicitors in 2009.

Matthew's role covers a variety of things including fast track Road Traffic Accident claims and Commercial Property law.

During his training he underwent a firm grounding in a wide range of commercial property transactions including sales and purchases together with a number of Commercial Leases.

Upon qualification he remained in the Commercial Property department as the principle and was able to build upon the extensive knowledge he built up whilst training.

Following a break from Commercial Property work Matthew has now returned to the Commercial Property world and aims to provide clear, honest and practical advice to businesses before during and after the deal is done.

He has a keen interest in sport and has participated in many of the firms charity fundriasers including last years Coast to Coast bike challenge in 2011 raising money for the Halton & St Helens branch of Headway - the brain injury association (charity no. 1025852). He has also taken part in the St Helens 10k run to raise money for the Steve Prescott Foundation with other staff members from Hattons.
