Hattons Solicitors New Marketing Campaign
"The Only Way is Up..."
Hattons Solicitors have recently launched their new marketing campaign covering the local Merseyside and regional North West areas using press, outdoor and online advertising.
Hattons decided to break free and stand out from the competition by using a positive, caring tone of voice, complimented by the distinctive imagery to make their brand more memorable.
Typically personal injury advertising uses a lot of cliché imagery and language with phrases such as, 'no win, no fee', '100% compensation for you', 'had an accident, not your fault?', and Hattons felt that the client needed to get an impression of what they stood for, through their advertising.
This engaging campaign aims to persuade people that Hattons is the right solicitor to handle their personal injury claim or business legal issue, and targets people in the St Helens, Leigh, Widnes and surrounding areas, where they have three dedicated offices.
The newly featured strapline 'on your doorstep for legal advice' is a clear statement of how Hattons support local clients, talking their language while offering a professional yet friendly service to each individual client.
The adverts are supported by a headline based on a positive song lyric such as 'always look on the bright side...' and 'the only way is up...' which instils a reassuring and light-hearted message to prospective Hattons' clients, who may have suffered an injury that wasn't their fault.
Their imaginative campaign imagery also distances itself from the often over-used image of a car crash, instead choosing to use a person wrapped in bandages from head to toe, while holding the remains of their car steering wheel.
The campaign will integrate press, web and outdoor advertising in the target areas over the next year.
2011 also marks Hattons tenth birthday, with the celebrations starting in April, as Hattons thank all 10,000+ of their clients, since they opened in 2001. These events are preceded by the Hattons Solicitors St Helens 10k Run in association with the Steve Prescott Foundation on 20th March. Hattons are not only sponsoring this event, bringing the community together and promoting a healthy lifestyle, but also many of Hattons own staff are taking part in the 10k run too.
To compliment this campaign, Hattons have also launched an extensive social media campaign, which not only informs past and potential clients on Hattons latest events and legal news, but also rewards them through competitions and various rugby league features.
