Hattons Celebrate 10 Years On Your Side

This Saturday Hattons Solicitors celebrated their 10th Birthday in St Helens Town Centre, as they looked back to 2001 when they first opened their doors.

To mark this special occasion Hattons put on a whole host of activity throughout the day in Church Square, joining together with St Helens RLFC who they also first sponsored 10 years ago, making them Saints longest running current sponsor.

The day started off with a digital screen erected in the square, showing various Saints fans who were recorded last year speaking about their memories of being a rugby fan. Around the screen, Saints cheerleaders gave out thousands of free promotional items to the shoppers and passersby, including pens, trolley keyrings and balloons for the kids.

This family friendly atmosphere was further enhanced by the glorious sunshine and Easter Garden put on by St Helens Council, with trampolines, a garden and children's rides for the family to enjoy.

Activities really peaked around midday when Saints community team and mascot Boots joined Hattons with interactive games for people to take part in, followed by Saints players Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook (Hattons Sponsored Player) and Roby, Dixon, Moore and Soliola, who arrived to meet shoppers and sign items for fans.

Bruce Hattons Reflects 10 Years On...

Bruce Hattons reminisced about the past 10 years of Hattons saying, "This year marks 20 years in the legal profession for me. I know it might sound a little cheesy but I still get the same buzz out of getting a good result for a client as I did all those years ago, feeling I can make a difference to them.

"It was just over 10 years ago when, after working my way up to partner in another firm, I decided to open my own firm and, with Mike Denning and Kevin Bond accompanying me, Hattons Solicitors was born.

"In fact after starting with only three staff it's amazing to think we now have nearly forty staff, five of whom have been with us from the first few months of opening.

"When we first opened we were fairly unique as a firm as we concentrated on one area of work...claimant personal injury work. We then expanded within that work to deal with disease and clinical negligence cases and also geographically to open offices in Widnes and Leigh. We now cover many different types of law ranging from Sport to Business services.

"I am fortunate to have had the support and friendship of some excellent partners and colleagues, as well as loyal and supportive clients and I can't thank them enough for being such great ambassadors for the firm.

"The party in St Helens Town Centre has helped us to mark this occasion with some of the people we have helped over the years. It symbolises the positive way we approach all cases, making us a law firm people can really rely on to help, when they need it most."

Hattons Nominated for Law Firm of the Year

Over the last 10 years Hattons have become firmly established in their local community and the North West, helping thousands of clients to win millions in compensation.

In fact Hattons credibility as a leading solicitors firm was recently added to when they were nominated for Law Firm of the Year, Partners 1-5, by Liverpool Law Society (winner announced May 7).
