Companies Selling Debt Recovery Details On Through Scam Text

A growing trend is that some companies are sending out scam text messages to try and gather details from any potential clients and then sell the details onto firms who buy the debt recovery details off them.

These companies are sending out thousands of scam text messages with the hope that a proportion will genuinely have a claim or debt issue and text back. This is unfair on vulnerable individuals who may text back and not realise that these are scam text messages.
