Companies Selling Claims On Through Scam Text

A growing trend is that some companies are sending out scam text messages to try and gather details from any potential clients and then sell the details onto firms who buy the compensation claims off them.

These companies are sending out thousands of scam text messages with the hope that a proportion will genuinely have a claim or debt issue and text back. This is unfair on vulnerable individuals who may text back and not realise that these are scam text messages.

If you think you have a genuine compensation claim or have a debt issue please do not reply to these scam text messages and contact us at Hattons Solicitors through the contact details given at the end of this article.
