Gold Membership Terms and Conditions

Applies to both the Gold Membership and Gold Business Membership
* By agreeing to Hattons Gold Membership terms and conditions you are agreeing for Hattons Gold to contact you with information, offers and competitions relating to Hattons Solicitors and Hattons Gold Membership
* You must be over 18 to join Hattons Gold Membership (proof of ID will be asked for when getting an offer or winning a prize)
* Offers cannot be exchanged for cash and are none transferable
* Your contact details will not be passed onto any third parties by Hattons Solicitors

Up To £1000 Advance Compensation Offer
You cannot be offered the advance compensation (up to £1000) payment if you have been introduced to Hattons by an intermediary such as a Claims Management Company or other third party, which has attracted a payment from our firm. You must be a new client of the firm to get this offer. The party responsible for the negligence must be identified and fully insured. In order to get advance(up to £1000), liability must have been admitted on behalf of the Defendant (Person or Company) that was the cause of the accident. Your claim must, in our opinion, have reasonable prospects of success and be worth above £1500. For all of the above to be risk assessed fully you must have attended a medical examination. Subject to the above, please note that the advance payment (up to £1000) is repayable to Hattons Solicitors upon settlement of your claim and the amount will be deducted prior to your final award of damages being sent to you. Please note Hattons Solicitors do not charge any interest or an administration fee for this additional service to our Clients. Hattons Solicitors reserve the right to make the final decision on the amount of advance compensation to be awarded, by assessing your case.

Free Compliance Review Offer
The first hour of the compliance review is free. The review will involve a question and answer session with the company director. Certain information must be made available which will be sent when booking the session and all discussions will be kept confidential. The review will only cover your businesses human resources, finance and procedures with the aim to improve the effectiveness of your business. This review is not a guarantee that business effectiveness will improve as a result and not a chance to talk through business strategies. It is simply a free resource to check your compliance with business law to help to prevent future business law mistakes being made. Appointments are subject to availability so we recommend you book in advance.

Quadrant Mortgage Services Offer
Quadrant Mortgage Services Ltd will offer Hattons Gold Members a free, no obligation first appointment, to advise on all aspects of their mortgage or remortgage needs. Should clients take out any insurance products (such as buildings, contents, life or mortgage protection policies) through Quadrant Mortgage Services they will refund their first months premiums for these products to them.
Please note that with any mortgage, your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
In reference to the refund of the first month's premiums on insurance products with Quadrant Mortgage Services (QMS), this refund will be made once QMS has received confirmation of the initial premium payment from the providers. This refund does not apply to any insurance products not taken out through Quadrant Mortgage Services.
