The death of a family member or loved one can be difficult enough to deal with, but if you feel you have been wrongly left out of someone’s will or that their estate is incorrect, would you know what to do next?
Our experts are trying to raise awareness about the fact that help is available in these circumstances and to highlight this are even offering a free 30-minute interview to anyone who may have such concerns.
2016 marks 15 years since Hattons first began providing great local legal services to the St Helens area.
To help celebrate this, sign-up as a Hattons Gold member and open a case to be entered into a draw to win one of 15 pairs of Saints tickets throughout the season… Oh, and don’t worry if you are already a member, as you will automatically be entered into each prize draw when you open a case.
Winners will be published on the website, twitter and notified by email.
Follow Hattons on twitter to find out when tickets are up for grabs!
Our personal injury experts are warning people of a worrying trend in personal injury claims, but say that if the right advice is received, this is something that can be avoided.
Many defendant insurers are now seeking to settle with claimants as quickly as possible by making initial – often very low – offers before the claimant has had chance to access legal advice. As a result, many people are feeling forced into accepting these offers before realising that they could have in fact secured a much more appropriate sum for their distress.
As we move into 2016 we proudly look back 15 years to when Hatton’s first began providing great local legal services to the St Helens area.
For the past decade-and-a-half we are proud to have been on the side of clients large and small, providing expert legal help in areas ranging from family law to industrial accidents, wills and probate to holiday claims, housing issues to injuries.
No matter what your issue, we always offer the same excellent service: honest, accessible, friendly advice that gives you the best chance of the outcome you deserve. With specialist legal experts in all aspects of law, we’re on your side for what you need, when you need us, every step of the way.
Experts at Hattons are warning anyone who thinks there is a chance that they are suffering hearing loss due to exposure to excessive noise at work, to act immediately.
